Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

Email us at hello@purgd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return within 24 hours and give you the return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour email us before returning and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty contact us immediately at hello@purgd.co.uk with photos and we will resolve it straight away at no cost to you.
